Observations on Love Spells: A Call to Women to Rise with Grace and Empowerment

Moving Forward with Grace and Empowerment

Why I’m Speaking on This

Nearly every love spell request I’ve received has come from women—women in pain, desperate for clarity, and willing to do anything to hold on to relationships that have already shown them cracks.

This post isn’t a judgment—it’s a reflection.
A call to pause, to reclaim your power, and to understand that you deserve more than emotional struggle disguised as love.

The Pressure to "Fix" Relationships: A Recipe for Disaster

Women have been shouldering the weight of relationship maintenance for far too long. It’s like we’re expected to be the emotional glue, holding everything together—even when it’s clear the whole thing is on shaky ground.

Newsflash: being the relationship "fixer" is not only exhausting, but it's also a surefire way to lose yourself in the process.

And just when you're worn thin, here comes another culprit piling on the pressure—social media. It’s like a never-ending parade of “relationship goals” couples who seem to have it all together—until you see them on the news.

Meanwhile, women are fed a steady diet of:

  • “A piece of a man is better than no man.”

  • “Be his peace.”

  • “Go 50/50.”

Which is really just code for “settle for mediocrity.”

And don’t even get me started on the “stand by your man” mentality—encouraging women to overlook disrespect, obey, and suffer in silence. It’s like we’re still stuck in the Dark Ages.

Real-life example:
Think of the countless women who’ve been told to “just be more understanding” or “give him space” when they’re clearly being disrespected or ignored. That kind of advice leads to toxic cycles of self-blame and people-pleasing.

The Desire for Control in Emotional Chaos

When heartache hits, it’s natural to want control. Some women go all in—building a man up, sacrificing their own needs and morals, wasting years hoping for that commitment—just to hold on to someone who’s already halfway out the door.

Then comes the anger. And suddenly, it’s spiritual warfare!
“It was black magic.”
“It was a cursed spell.”
“She put a love spell on him.”

Never mind that he made his own choices. Frustration turns to blame. Revenge spells are requested to “destroy” the other woman—as if she owed you something—while the man walks away untouched.

Most of the time, it’s not dark magic.
Sometimes, it’s just a hard truth we don’t want to face.

The Misuse of My Spiritual Services

Too often, I’ve had people twist my work into something it was never meant to be.

  • Buying services I don’t offer, hoping to “customize” them without asking.

  • Ordering return-to-sender spells, hoping it’ll bring back a man.

  • Using road opener rituals to try to open his heart—instead of their own path.

Then, when he doesn’t return or magically become Prince Charming, they lash out—like I failed them. This behavior spikes around the holidays. But here’s a bitter pill:

If you’re working from a place of desperation, obsession, and manipulation… it’s no wonder the relationship didn’t work.

Real Empowerment Comes from Within

Real love is never built on coercion. Would you be okay with someone casting a love spell to force you to stay? I highly doubt it. So what’s the real alternative to control and confusion?

Self-love. Boundaries. Acceptance. Growth.

Here’s what I’ve learned—and what I hope you carry with you:

  • Invest in Yourself First:
Stop pouring into someone who isn’t deserving of your love. Investing in yourself is the best way to ensure you're valued and loved.

  • Set Clear Boundaries:
You deserve respect and reciprocity. Say no to energy that drains or disrespects you.

  • Seek Inner Guidance:
Use rituals like candle work or journaling to tune in to your own needs—not to control someone else.

  • Accept Reality and Grow:
Some relationships end because they were never aligned with your highest good. Release who is weighing you down.

  • Reflect on Your Energy:
If you're forcing something, ask if that energy is truly in service of your well-being.

Closing Thoughts

It’s draining to keep seeing requests rooted in control and manipulation. Each time, I’m reminded why I stand firm in my decision to not do targeted love spells anymore.  I encourage anyone struggling with heartbreak or uncertainty to invest their energy in themselves: try affirmations, meditation, therapy, or simply take a step back to rediscover what brings them joy.

If you’re ready to step into self-love and attract healthy energy, consider the following services:

By choosing healing over control, you’re not just protecting your heart—
you’re opening it to something real
Because real love starts with you.
